Phone Holder
When hanging at home, it is better to follow the App via the phone. Then the phone holder is really great for fix your phone.
The size of our Phone holder is as following: Width-90mm; Depth:30mm; Height: 9-16mm; Inclined Angle: 20°.
The design of inclined angle makes it easier to watch when you hanging on the hangboard.

Climbing Hanger
The Climbing Hanger is made by #304 and with M8 hole. It is safe enough to hang any more weight as you want when you want to change the difficulty of hanging. Otherwise, you may use this climbing hanger to add some other training itmes, like rubber band, pull up grips, bricks and so on. It is easy to fix on or remove. So, just take away when you don't want it on the board.

Rubber Plates
As climbers, when you become more advanced on climbing, you may need a more challenge hangboard to keep improving. Buy a new one?No.,then the two rubber plates(3mm Thickness) can help you make the pocket shallower. That means, you can keep training on one hangboard from beginning to be advanced.
